Our condo building needed a new shingle roof. The existing roof had leaks in several areas and pieces were literally falling off, so it was in bad shape. We got quotes from 4 different roofing companies, and I researched them extensively. Warranty, years in business, standing with the Contractor State License Board, allowance for damaged wood decking repair, whether or not they were an Owens Corning preferred contractor, contract terms, etc. While Top Roofing did not come in as the LOWEST bidder, I felt like they were the BEST for our project. Now that our project is done, I'm very glad we selected them. Working with Top Roofing was--by far--the easiest, most streamlined, painless experience I have ever had working with a contractor. They said the project would take up to 2 weeks--it ended up taking 4 days. Our project manager, Roy, provided daily updates with photos, and was very easy to communicate with. We passed all our inspections (no reinspection's required). I highly recommend Top Roofing. Our project has been done for about a month now, and I still can't believe how smoothly the entire process went. Thank you to Roy and the entire project team!

After collecting bids from four different roofing companies, I was recommended Top Roofing and am very happy that I ended up doing business with them. From the initial consultation through final inspection, my point person Roy stayed on top of every detail and ensured my experience was problem-free. The crew was incredibly professional and did excellent work, inspections were timely, and the job was completed in less than a week. I ended up getting two new roofs for the same price other companies quoted for patching and extending the life with sealers! Unbelievable value. Highly recommend.

Redid our roof with Top Roofing. Adir provided great customer service. No frills, quick meetup, immediate quote, fair negotiation process. The actual install had a couple of unexpected bumps in the process: attic vents were installed in the wrong place, and the delivery company sent the wrong colored shingles. I've learned over many home remodel projects, these errors are almost always to be expected, and the most you can ask for is great customer service, which Top Roofing provided. Adir sent his guys out immediately to relocate the attic vents, and gave us a discount for the shingle color (we didn't really mind the new shingle color so didn't insist on them fixing it). Passed all inspections on the first attempt, and would use Top Roofing again!
